Comments : We first met through Facebook messenger through mutual friends in April 2023. We started dating July 2023 and were married in October 2024. I electronically filed my spouse's I-130 petition with over 112 submissions. We are hoping for the best!
update: I didn't realize until later if it is important info, but I also filed my step-son's I-130 petition electronically, 17 days later on January 18th 2025. In the months since I have been adding unrequested files from a recent trip to The Philippines in April-May 2025, as well as more continued communication evidence with each other, and items that we bought together, more receipts of support, beneficiaries on insurances, etc.
After submitting more continued documents of evidence from 2025 (joint tax transcripts, screenshots of video calls, 1st year anniversary flowers & cake, Western Union money transfers, other receipts & photos) totaling 140 documents, we received a notice of approval from USCIS on 01/22/26 for both my wife & my step-son. BTW, at some point my wife's petition was transferred from Nebraska service center to Texas, where my step-son's petition has been at. Phase 1 is done! Now the equally important NVC & embassy stages.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
