We first met through Facebook messenger through mutual friends in April 2023. We started dating July 2023 and were married in October 2024. I electronically filed my spouse's I-130 petition with over 112 submissions. We are hoping for the best!
update: I didn't realize until later if it is important info, but I also filed my step-son's I-130 petition electronically, 17 days later on January 18th 2025. In the months since I have been adding unrequested files from a recent trip to The Philippines in April-May 2025, as well as more continued communication evidence with each other, and items that we bought together, more receipts of support, beneficiaries on insurances, etc. |
