Our case was expedited by the embassy that is the only reason we got an interview so soon even before our scheduled medical. |

Embassy Review : |
My fiancé arrived at the embassy and was told he could not enter until exactly 1pm. At his appt time he went through security, he was not allowed to keep anything on him except his documents and his belt.
He was screened first to make sure he had the documents required. He then sat back down and waited for his name to be called. When his name was called the officer asked him his name and date of birth.
Questions asked:
-My divorce papers
-I-134
-His passport
-his birth certificate
-When we met
-if he has a relationship with my children
-where and when the wedding will be?
-how many times I have visited him.
Then she said he was approved and once his medical is back his visa will be issued. |

Timeline Comments: 13I hope you got to see your USCIS fiance recently.
That helps a little.
Saw him in April for his birthday. Next trip back will be to bring him here🤞ðŸ¾â¤ï¸
Good, atleast you saw him recently, I visited and spent time with my usc fiance, however,
Good, at least you saw him recently, I visited and spent time with my usc fiance in the USA, however, I cannot understand however, emotional I am getting with missing him soooooooooooooo much, literally. Its crazy.
I will encourage you to hang in there.
its a frustrating process I tell you, but I encourage you as I encourage myself to hang in there.
Hardest thing i ever had to do but worth it. We have reached the home stretch few months remaining.
Congratulations on your interview!
Hi Whitney, did you do constant follow up with NVC?
HI, Yes I did. I waited the 30 days the NOA2 suggested then sent weekly inquires to NVC. I also requested an expedite and the Embassy approved it so my case once created was sent immediately to the Embassy.
Thank you Whitney!!
Congratulations on reaching the final stage and I am glad that you were able to get the case expedited since your wedding date is in September and the wait was already frustrating, I might need some tips on that. Previously I had some concerns about the appointment date for September that was posted, thank you for clarifying same.
Feel free to reach out anytime here or private message me.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
