Consulate Review: Jamaica Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : August 15, 2023 Embassy Review : My fiancé arrived at the embassy and was told he could not enter until exactly 1pm. At his appt time he went through security, he was not allowed to keep anything on him except his documents and his belt. He was screened first to make sure he had the documents required. He then sat back down and waited for his name to be called. When his name was called the officer asked him his name and date of birth. Questions asked: -My divorce papers -I-134 -His passport -his birth certificate -When we met -if he has a relationship with my children -where and when the wedding will be? -how many times I have visited him. Then she said he was approved and once his medical is back his visa will be issued. Rating : Very Good
