Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : July 1, 2024 Embassy Review : My embassy interview from April 23, 2024 was swift and simpler than the CFO “guidance counseling” program. I entered the embassy around 9am and left 10am. The guards pointed me where to go, and the officer asked general questions. He did also ask specific questions like: - Where did you meet your fiancé? - What did you and him do in (city we stayed in)? - How did you propose to him? It was a double proposal? And just like that I was approved, and my visa arrived a week later. My only advice for the embassy interview (and most especially the CFO GCP) is to be both clear and polite. You will be good when you have both. Rating : Very Good
