Hi, I wanted to ask did they send you an email with a list of dates? I see we have the same consulate received dates but I didnt get the fourth packet yet. Was December the only month available?

You have to email consulate for your interview date, cause they don't allow to pick a date on the site. And get in touch with the senator of your fiance state to help you request a date. That's what I did to speed up the process. Goodluck God bless.

Thank you so much for replying, if you dont mind was December the soonest date they had? And I live in NYC so I will try my best to contact the senator here. I have used the K1Casablanca@state.gov email and tried reaching them 4 times to no avail.

Yes that's the most soonest date. Yes that's the right email address and this is a whatsapp group in Morocco maybe they can help you out too https://chat.whatsapp.com/CLPcpDtfLMQIGNkuIdiAwr

Hello there, I filed on 2/17/2022 and our case has been stuck at the consulate since 7/20/2023 and still no interview. How did you get a response so quick before me lol what did you do to get an interview date so fast so that I can do the same ... I was reading the above comment on contacting the senator but is this the senator of my fiance in Morocco or would it be my senator here in Texas ?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
