Embassy Review : Everything at the embassy went smoothly. My appointment was at 8:45, you have to get there 15 minutes before, went through security then was asked for my police certificate, DS-160, passport and birth certificate, I was given those back to give to the person inside. Once inside went up to a desk where the person asked for the updated letter of intent to marry from my US fiancé and my visa format pictures (as well as the documents I was previously asked for), confirmed my identity (name, address, phone number, email etc same for my fiancé's information), took my fingerprints; this was the longest part, he then told me to wait for my number to be called for the interview.
A couple of minutes later my number was called, I went up to a second desk where the person asked my fiancé's name, occupation, how long we'd known each other, if he'd been to France, if we'd lived together, how we communicate and that's it, told me my visa was approved and I should receive it in 2 weeks, I was out of the embassy by 9:15. That being said there was quite a long queue after me so later appointments might have a longer wait.
Rating : Very Good
