Just one more hurdle, Marcelo was born in a Provence so his birth certificate has to be “legalized” through a RENIEC office. It took about a week to get the document then we submitted back to the embassy on Sept 30. Finally Approved the next day after our attorney sent a letter and email to the embassy on December 12. LAX entry was very fast, stamping of Passport/Visa over the counter with just a few questions.Thank you Diego Ross for your YouTube tutorials. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-129f was approved in 396 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 495 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
