Matt D on 2023-06-19 said:You're welcome. The welcome letter contains step-by-step instructions on what to do. It also refers you to a portal (the link is provided in the letter) where you can schedule your visa appointment.

Matt D on 2023-06-19 said:They have limited slots available for K1-visa interviews. I had to email them as they only had one slot available for a K1-visa interview on their portal. They got back to me after a day to inform me that they made more slots available. For me, there is a period of three weeks between when I made the appointment (on June 20) and the actual appointment date (on July 7). Waiting times are currently around 21 days.
Keep in mind that you should schedule your K1-visa appointment at least 7 days AFTER your medical exam as it takes about 7 days for the results of the medical to arrive at the embassy.
