Pls did u expedite at NVC, it’s so fast ! Good morning

No I did not expedite, I don’t know when my case got to NVC tho, but I got approved from uscis on September 26, 2022 then NVC assigned my case number on January 17th 2023 then everything got speed up from there, got my interview appointment date on February 1st, 2023 my interview date is 21th of February 2023

Beautiful, congratulations

Hello, can you explain what your processed looked like after receiving your case#? Did you complete the DS160 pay the visa fee then schedule your own appointment?
I am trying to figure out if we wait to hear from the embassy before completing DS160 then go forward within paying fee then we are responsible for scheduling the interview. Thank you for your input

Hello, so I completed DS 160 as soon as NVC email my case number and stated that my case is being sent to US consulate in Lagos Nigeria, few days after that US consulate in Lagos sent an email instruct me to pay visa fee, scheduled interview appointment on my own, scheduled medical appointments then I obtain a police clearance. I don’t know if I was lucky to get a closer interview date because I paid my visa fee on January 31th and I was able to get an interview date for February 21th. Thanks

I’m wishing you success on ur interview, u will be approved in Jesus name, Amen!

@Joloms Amen, thanks

Wow! That’s awesome. Congratulations to you and your fiancé. I did my DS160 Saturday. Does the letter go the Beneficiary? I wonder if we will receive a email from the Consultant sometimes this week.

The letter will come to same email you received NVC letter from and it shouldn’t be more than 2weeks after you got your case number from NVC

Okay, thank you!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
