Hello. Have you received your NOA2 yet? I am curious because we filed at similar time as you (NOA1 received on May 24, 2022) for the Philippines, but have not heard anything yet, but understand that most May '22 applications have received NOA2s. Scott and Mylene. (please email to walesmondido@gmail.com)

No we have not ! When we put our case number in the USCIS website it states 16.5 months for 80% of the cases .. That puts us Septemberish 😔 So we are still waiting for our NOA2 ... Plan on writing my senator on Monday ..

Thank you for responding. Well, according to a couple YouTube channels over 80% of May '22 filers have been resolved now. Its down to about 12 mouths for many. USCIS has reviewed many June '22 apps already, and just started reviewing July 1 '22 apps this past week. You can search by timeline function on Visa Journey to see that many June 2022 have been approved already. But most May Philippine filers on VisaJourney have are not showing as approved yet. I was wondering whether people are just not updating their profiles. I am thinking of giving it two more weeks before making an inquiry to USCIS.

You can fill out the info on this page to make a request - but they dont want to hear from us unless its "outside normal processing times" which they say is 93% completed. https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

Scott i tried to txt you yesterday, but i didn't put in the correct number , i was super excited to say the least... Sorry about that.... It was really crazy yesterday, my best friend came in unexpectedly from out of town ..We went to to a local bar for a few beers and as i am pulling up the USCIS website to show him our 'pending case' it showed approved.. I lost it to say the least... Yours has to be right around the corner😃..I truly hope so as we both have been at this for a minute..We can stay in touch for sure as we still have a way to go.. Best Regards always Greg

very cool. I hope you're right - 4 straight days USCIS has been closed - hahaha - I want them back to work! yes, lets keep in touch. Next step is more waiting - another couple more months for letter from NV.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
