We scheduled my appointment and we actually got the packet of instructions from a helpful WhatsApp group about K1 visas. However, you can write to the embassy to solicite for this packet to have it all ready for your appointment. The packet contains instructions about setting up an appointment with an approved doctor to get a physical done before the interview.
