Touched,3-07 touched again, 3-08 then logged in as recieved my RFE 3-18--and now they have two months to decide decide decide. Touched 3/19..touched 4/4, touched 4/7....but actually mailed out on 4/4/08!!!The automated website never changed.......
Received my I-797 (NOA2)on 4/11.
Called on Tuesday 4/22, to the NVC phone number, got a nice man after 6pm Pacific time. He said that my notice had just been logged in on Monday, 4/21. He said that would stay about a week there, and then I would get a ntice in the mail with my NVC number, but he gave it to me on the phone. HE SAID THAT THE AUTOMATED TELEPHONE RESPONSE SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK FOR K-1 VISA'S--------SO BE AWARE OF THAT!!!!!! It is much better to just call them and talk to A REAL PERSON!!!!! They were very nice....more later!

Just got my notice that the NVC sent it to the Consulate!!!!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
