Consulate Review: Bangkok, Thailand
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 13, 2010
Embassy Review : Have current 2x2 photo for applicant.
Bring evidence of relationship; photo's, letter's, emails, phone bill. we brought a cd with photos on it, but they wanted actualy photographs, we were told to return with photographs.
petitioner will not be allowed in, i had to wait outside on the street. overall everything went well, about 2 hours to complete the interview.
Rating : Good

POE Review: Anchorage
Event Description
Entry Date : 2009-12-01
Embassy Review : Absolutely professional. no problems what so ever. everyone was kind and courtious. i wasn't sure which line to get in (US Citizen/Resident or Non US Citizen/Resident, i'm a citizen and my wife the immigrant) we chose the "Non" line and it took about 1 hour before we got to the counter. the Agent was very professional, no hassels. then we were sent into a differnet room with our package. again everyone was very professional, no problems at all. that took about 5 minutes and then off to Customs, again nothing to complain about. everything went smooth.
Recieved Green card today, 12 Jan 2010.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
