Embassy Review : Final interview Manila Philippines May 27 2025 6:30AM
I left the hotel at 5:20 am. The embassy was a few minutes walk. I sat outside about 30 minutes then they opened the door at 6am. I went inside. I prepared the DS 160 with my passport. Passport was stamped. Once inside we were security screened. I then sat and organized documents. Passport, DS 160 PSA, cenomer, 2x2 passport pictures, Payment receipt, appointment letter, medical envelope. Police clearance from OFW and Philippines police clearance. We waited 5 minutes then lined up at window 61 for pre screening. It was a Filipino. He had me give the documents I already prepared.
He asked my name.
My Fiancé’s name
Was he married : Yes
Show me the divorce decree. He looked it over many many times and questioned if it was original. He kept asking then took it inside. It was like they were looking at a fake dollar.
He asked how many kids he has and if I have children: I said he as 3 and I don’t have any. He then went back inside to check the decree again.
Where are you from and how old I am and my finances age address and zip code.
Where does he work
Asked about the divorce decree again. Yes sir it is original

Now he said okay and had me sit
I waited about 30 minutes. They then called me to come up to window to 63 over the PA. The interviewer looked like my fiancé
He asked my petitioners named and age where he lives, zip code and how we met
I answered on TikTok. He acted excited and asked me to tell my love story. I did.
How many times did he come to visit you. Dates and time he was here. I told him twice and the amount of days per visit. He seemed excited to hear about every detail. He asked if he met my family. I explained how and how he asked my Mama to marry me.
He then asked about my work abroad and how long I stayed in each country and what I did while abroad.
He asked if I have ever committed a crime: No
He had me read the EMBRA paper. He told me I was very pretty then said I passed. I left and went back to the hotel.

They kept my Cenomer and my PSA. Hopefully I get it back.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
