We never recieved a NOA from the US embassy in Jamaica. We recieved a letter on May 27th dated May 11th. The letter does not look like a NOA. It is just a letter head with a short instruction on how to contact the embassy and shows our case number. Near the bottom of the letter it says "Your Priority Date April 16, 2008."
