Embassy Review : I know that there are alot out there like myself who value this section made for those who are awaiting for their interviews. Mine was simply - and strangely - a bliss. I entered the embassy around 7:20 am, and left at 10:45 am. The consuls were very nice to me, the questions were basic - almost upsettingly basic i suppose, especially since i have prepared such a huge file of evidence of my relationship with my husband which they didn't see even when i asked them to! - the only remark i can to say was the unclarity of name calling when the time has come. Other than that, I walked out with my approval with an unbelievable look on my face. With all the comments that i have heard about the u.s embassy in egypt, i was expecting - and waiting - for a disaster that never came! Al hamdulilah!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
