They are terrible with communicating. The call center number is useless and the emails never get replied to unfortunately. The silence is deafening.

I reached out to our State Congressman and Senators office for their assistance obtaining interview date. The response back from the embassy was generic and not straight forward. After two weeks we were given an interview date

It’s disheartening to know they are not working them in order they are received because there are people that filed way before, including myself, and it’s not right that people who filed five months or six months later are getting interview dates when filers from February or March are waiting like advised. Nothing personal against you just the situation overall. The contacting the congressman thing was new for me had I known that a while ago I would’ve done the same.

I reached out to my federal representative and they refused to help till the date shown on the uscis site. Which is 1/29/24. So I’m waiting till then so k can contact them again and hope I can get an interview date.
I agree it is unfair
And do t i dunks they think this is a good thing
No thing should be run in this way. And is super unprofessional our own government doesn’t even want to work.
