Hi Boran! How were you able to schedule an interview in Ankara? I keep logging in and refreshing every day but it always says No appointments available. Was there a specific time of day you checked? And was there only one single appointment available or several?

Hi Shamsja, I kept checking the system at least once an hour until I got my appointment.I was able to book an appointment around 4-5 pm but im not sure if it was related to time of day I checked. There were 3 separate hours available on the same day.Hope this helps for now !

Hello Boran, When you scheduled your interview in Ankara, how far out are they booked for appointments? My fiancé and I are still waiting for her case to be received by the NVC (it’s been about 45 days since NOA2). But we would like to try and do some wedding planning if we can. However, it’s hard to say when her interview will be because every country is different. Let me know. Thanks!

Hello Jay, When I got my appointment, july (except for one day) and august were full, sorry I didn't check the months after august.

Hey Boran I have a small question i been waiting since april to set an appointment with Ankara but every time i check it says appointment not available. How did you see the months and availability?
blank avatar Boran on 2023-07-12 said:
Hey ! when there are available slots the website pops up a little calendar where you can see available days and 3-4 months afterwards this doesn't happen when there are no available dates tho

Great great. So i was able too book an appointment and it is at 8:15 am but the embassy doesnt open until 8:30. Are you having the same issue? Will the embassy open at that time.

I've booked mine for at 8:30 am.You should be okay as long as you have an valid appointment just try to be there at least 15 mins early but if you feel like something is off with the timing try to reschedule for another time slot

Heyy!!! congratulations for getting approved. Did they ask weird questions? how far long did u book ur medical exam? if u dont mind answering.
blank avatar Boran on 2023-07-27 said:
Hi thank you ! They asked; -When/How we met? -Last time we saw each other? -Her job and my job? -Where does she live? -Our plans about the wedding, are my parents will be joining to the wedding? And this didn't feel like interrogation instead was like talking to a friend about my relationship, it was chill and none of the questions was expected to be answered in depth at least this was how i felt.Interview took around 6-7 mins give or take. To your second question,I've booked my medical 6 days prior to my interview at the embassy, usually they recommend minimum 2 business days of space between medical and interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
