Okay… Hopefully you get good news soon.

You welcome 🤗 I’m also search for an interview date

Has it been hard to get any? I heard somebody said they’ve been waiting for two months now?
Quarzy on 2023-01-13 said:
It’s been very difficult and I have been waiting for 6 months now !!!

Oh my gosh!!! That’s a longggg time. I thought they hired more people so they can be faster. What are they telling you?

They are not saying anything encouraging all they keep me telling me is to keep looking on cgi website for any available date. Which I have been for 6months now and I’m just yet to get a date. I check 5-6 times each day. It’s 2:22am Ghana time as I’m sending this message and I just checked it nothing

The CGI federal website? This is the worst thing ever. After all that time waiting? It’s like they don’t care about reuniting families. This breaks my heart. I really am sorry that you’re going through this cuz I know how that feels. So what now? Is there any plan in line since there’s no way of knowing when the interview is going to come.
Quarzy on 2023-01-14 said:
Yeah CGi federal website. I’m planning for my fiancée to come visit. The funny thing is it’s not like they are not giving out interviews date or visas cuz they are doing that for non immigrants visas. So is like immigrant visas are giving any attention which is very bad. The US ambassador to Ghana is married to an immigrant so she should know better
blank avatar Sabell on 2023-01-14 said:
Yea it should be the other way around. They should be prioritizing immigrant visas. I think it’s crazy that sometimes k1 visas are considered non immigrant depending on what the situation is. How often do you call the embassy?
Quarzy on 2023-01-14 said:
Honestly it’s been a while I called cuz the call goes to the call center/ customer care and it’s a repetition of what they told me the other time. Nothing new just the same old song

Even though my case is not in transit yet, I fear that I might go through what you are currently dealing with. I don’t know if this is going to help, but I did leave a comment/feedback in the “provide feedback” section on the CGI website portal about the unavailability of the interview dates for our visa category. I’m hoping to hear back from them by the end of next week. Have you given that a try yet? If you have not, I recommend that you do so. It does not hurt to try. We too deserve to reunite with our loved ones.
Quarzy on 2023-01-14 said:
Trust me I have done that several times they just send me some junk e-mail without any proper or encouraging information. I have sent them emails on Support-Ghana@USTravelDocs.com and another platform where you can direct your questions and queries https://forms.office.com/ I have done all that and still nothing
blank avatar Sabell on 2023-01-14 said:
Dang! At this point, I don’t know what can be done. We just gotta keep having faith and praying for some good news. Please keep me updated on when you do hear some good news. I’m wishing you the best of luck 🤗
Quarzy on 2023-01-14 said:
Sure I will do that and thank you 😊

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
