Comments : 11 April: Visa refused under 221(G) - officer requested for 2022 tax return 1040 with W2.

12 April: submitted documents to CEAC and notified embassy via email. Embassy responded that 2022 Tax Transcript was required. We responded that 221(G) form asked for 2022 Tax Return.

13 April: embassy emailed to say that case is under consideration.

17 April: Visa issued.

19 April: Visa received
