Hello,
Was your I-129F really approved? The other most recent one from California Center had an NOA1 sent in 6 months before you and there's no approvals in between you guys. Just asking because I send my petition in about the same time as you(Feb of this year).

Hi, first of all, congrats to you guys!!! may I ask if you expedited your case, or it was just a pure luck?

Greetings, yes, I am curious as well as, anxiously from Val99's.
Regards
Everley

Hey , Thankyou ! And yes we expedited our case

How did you do that because USICS indicated that there is no expedited service for K1 visa.

@Everley USCIS allows expedition on K1 visa on given conditions. They have it on their website

Hey .. Congratulations to you! Am in the same stage as you in this process. I received am email instructing me to book a medical exam, pay for the visa fee and book an appointment. I have tried creating an account but can't book an appointment yet. I also don't know how to go about paying the visa fee because the only information I have is that I can pay visa mpesa or PostBank but not further details. What could I be missing? Kindly assist.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
