Woah. Huge congratulations 🎊 ðŸ‘ðŸ¾

Thank you!!

Yasss!!!! 🎊 Congratulations girl!!! I'm so happy. I see so many with the IR1 stuff who have a longer process but you are showing me K1 is more better.

Thank you!!!

Congratulations!!! We’re you expedited ?

No we were not. We tried to expedite the medical but it is still not there, even though we paid extra

Congratulations!

Hello Sher & Geo,
Congrats!!!
Did they contact you to make an appointment or did you just kept trying to schedule?

We just kept trying to schedule every day in one day we were lucky and there were some open

Wait... they asked about your parent's jobs at the interview?

Yes they talked to him for 20 min and him like 70 questions

Wow. Others had like less than 10 questions

I know. He thinks his interviewer was in training because there were 2 people at his window.

Oh wow what blessing we have been waiting for almost two years now congratulations again !!! Safe journey

Sh and Ge, how were you trying to schedule for the interview every day?Is there a link somewhere? Started my i130 process in 12/2019 and it was approved 2/2022. I'm now awaiting an interview for my spouse.

This is for a k1 visa. We have to schedule those ourselves. For spousal visas as far as I know you get put in a "priority date" line and wait for them to send you an interview letter. They schedule that.

Ahh gotcha. Thanks for the information and congratulations.

Thanks!

Please how was the interview search like? Can you please pass on some information? The times that you did the search ? I have been searching over five months and still I got nothing. Kindly share please
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
