Hello. Have you received your NOA2 yet? I am curious because we filed at similar time as you (NOA1 received on May 24, 2022) for the Philippines, but have not heard anything yet, but understand that most May '22 applications have received NOA2s. Scott and Mylene. (please email to walesmondido@gmail.com)

Hello, Scott and Mylene. I know the long wait isn't particularly enjoyable. My husband and I actually withdrew our K1 application October 2022 and instead filed the I-130 March this year. If it's been this long for you guys already, you might want to get in touch with USCIS at this point so someone can actually look up your case and see what's up.

Thank you. Interesting. We were about to get married in Philippines in April 2022 but decided to take 129f route instead. Are 130 Applications moving faster now ? Might have to go that route if our 129f gets rejected. lol

Pleasure. But yeah, most of what I've read so far shows that there are more approvals/movements for the I-130 recently compared to K-1. We actually decided to submit the spousal visa application instead as it reduces the possibility of being denied as of course, it's already a registered marriage that we have as proof of our relationship making our case more solid. You can actually join the Facebook group dedicated for CR1/IR1 petitioners and beneficiaries if you wanna read more on it: https://m.me/ch/AbbptJnn6NHtEizt/

Oh yes, thank you so much. Yes that is an advantage. When we applied almost 14 months ago, 130 was a bit slower than 129f.

Hi Tan. Just got the USCIS approval notice on Feb 20th and another notification that says USCIS has sent my case over to the Dept of State for NVC processing on Feb 24th.

Hello Roni. Thanks very much for the reply. Same with me. I receive approval on the 21 and 24 it was sent to department of state. waiting for welcome letter from NVC but always thinking of changing my embassy.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
