Hello Krysti, we are in similar immigration process time-line. My question to you is... Did you request a transfer to Nebraska or was it automatic? I am located in GA and was wondering why they choose Potomac for myself. It's one of the longest processing service centers. I know everyones process is different but of course if I can find faster way.. 😁😁🙏

They did it. I was at Potomac but I had heard people say to check with Emma on the USCIS website because they often move them around. Where they assign you is random based on workload at the service centers. There are 2 cases at the Nebraska SC that submitted 1/22 and were approved this past week. 😳😳 2 months! I am praying my case lands on that officer's desk. There is the k3 that you can apply for side by side of the i130 that a lawyer I talked to recommends doing to speed up the i130. Find me on Facebook and I will explain that if you aren't familiar with it.

Hi Krysti! I just saw your timeline from the Potomac Service Center filers. I got excited when I saw your case got approved in 3 months! Wow. Did you file a K3? Also, how soon after receiving the NOA1 did you ask Emma about the transfer? Thank you so much!

I would like to know about the K 3 as well it’s been 300 days today I haven’t gotten approved yet they transferred mine to California which I wished for because I’m from California but live in Georgia let me know what I can do to speed up

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
