I remain stuck in limbo as my I129f was approved on 2022 9-29, but have heard nothing from NVC, other than an inquiry response that simply said, we will notify you when your package is mailed to the appropriate consulate. What about telling me my case number?
How did you find out that your petition package had arrived at the NVC?

He also sent an email to the ombudsman asking if the uscis had sent the petition to the NVC. And the NVC replied that the petition had recently arrived. We are now sending inquiries to get the case number.

The email from the ombudsman he sent asking if uscis Gabi sent the petition cisombudsman@hq.dhs.gov but on the website you can see how to contact them too. I really understand you completely and I agree, it's very annoying to have to keep asking something that should already be informed by them. Hope you guys get to hear something soon.

When I initially sent an email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov, they responded with the information they no longer accept emails and to use their website inquiry form. I did that, and received the small response which duplicated the statement contained in my approval I797. I guess I will give the email addresses you have provided and see if I get a result. Thanks again for your reply.

NVC shipped our case on Jan 31st 2023, and we still haven't received an email from Rio de Janeiro.
It's been 3 weeks already.

NVC shipped my case on Jan 17st 2023, and I received the email from Rio on the Jan 26 st 2023.
I advise you to send an email to Rio embassy asking them if they already have your case there.
