Hello How was the interview? Did they ask you for any police certificate? Please

Type of questions ask?

My fiancé had the police certificate for Haiti but they didn’t ask him for it. They asked how we met. Do I have kids. Does he have kids. How many. Where do I work. Do I speak creole. How do we communicate if I don’t speak creole. He told him he speaks English. So they were talking English after that. He asked why I haven’t traveled to Haiti. Fiancé told him because the situation in Haiti is dangerous so we saw eachother in DR. They asked for boarding passes from trips in January and april for me (he didn’t have it) they questioned why I signed “love, your wife.” On a birthday card I had given him on his bday if I’m not his wife. Fiancé told him because we call eachother that all the time, and that we are getting married soon. He got the 221g for the boarding passes he didn’t have and for not having his daughter extract archive. He only had her birth certificate. And he had pics of us together from those trips in January and april 2021 but consulate asked specifically for the boarding passes.

Hello Sadam and Damarys Hope all is well. I noticed that you and I have close dates of when applied for the k1 visa. Hoping that you’ll be able to answer a few questions for me. I filed for my fiancé in 2020 of November. They receive my case in November 23 2020 but I did not get a notice date until February 12 of 2021 and did not get an approval until September 30 of 2021. My case was finally sent to Haiti in January of this year and was received in February according to online update. Since then I’ve been at a standstill. I did create the DS 160 and ustraveldoc profile right when I received the letter from NVC stating my file had been transferred to Haiti. I have not paid the $265 visa fee. Did you ever receive the letter of instructions? If so, did you pay the $265 visa fee once received the letter? I’ve been told after several inquiries since March to patiently wait for the letter of instruction. Did you get an email regarding the letter of instruction or was it sent to your fiancé resident in Haiti ? I know I asked a lot of questions but thank you so much in advance

Go onto the ustraveldocs website, print the payment paper, have your fiancé go pay the fee, once the fee is paid, automatically the system will see it or you can go on to the site after 24 hours, once it’s paid, you’ll be able to see when the calendar opens. I personally still haven’t received “packet 3” not by mail, email, nor have we received a call to pick it up like a few people did. I went through the whole process without packet 3. And Same as you, after calling and emailing them so much, they said the same thing all the time, I’d still be waiting honestly.. my fiancé did his interview and everything without the instructions letter. Unfortunately he received a 221g, so we’re just waiting on that to be processed.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
