Member Reviews:

Consulate Review: Bangkok, Thailand
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 8, 2023
Embassy Review : My interview time was at 7:30 a.m. Once I have arrived, I have to show them my passport and GSS.

The documents I gave to the officer are as follows:

1. My current passport

2. 2-Photograph

3. DS160

4. Receipt

5. Criminal Record

6. Medical Check-Up

7. Original Birth Certificate with English Translation and the Copy

8. A single certificate, and the copy

9. Evidence of Relationship

10. Form I-134

10.1 Bank Statement

10.2 IRS Tax Transcript Year 2019–2021

10.3 W3 Year 2019-2022

10.4 Employment Certificate

I have an interview in English. The question was:

1. How do you know your fiancé?

2. When did you meet in person?

3. I saw in the evidence document, "Has he lived here for quite a bit?"

4. When did he leave the county?

5. Where does he work?

That's it!!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
