Hi James & Alicja, have you responded to your RFE yet? I also got one in Vermont on 23rd Feb, responded and received by USCIS on 28th Feb and now no response.

@Webber777 Hi, we have not because UPS have lost our mail with documents… But I am also terrified that it may take a while once they already receive it, this entire process feels like hell. I hope you get your response soon :(

ah sorry to hear they lost your mail! are you going to resend via mail or submit online? i responded online and sent via mail. still no response :( You are right this process is complete hell. the unknown and random timeframes really make it anxiety inducing the whole time. Hopefully your documents make it to USICS. let me know if you get any update.

Yes everything is going wrong in our case, just really tired and anxious at this point. Our attorney resent the copies and they’re still in delivery as of now, I hope they respond to it as soon as they receive it. It’s more been more than 8 months of waiting at the USCIS stage, our fist marriage anniversary is coming up soon and I truly hoped we were going to be together at this point but I can just pray. I’ll try to post an update here if I hear anything. I also get really frustrated seeing ppl get approved within 2-4 months it’s just not fair :(

yeh its ridiculous. good for those people to go though so quick but the process is so unfair and luck based its crazy. I'm now at 9 months waiting. I don't get why they cant quickly respond to RFE, since they have already been looking at case. this process certainly is a taking a mental toll and the horrible communication from USCIS isnt helping
AlicjaVJ on 2022-03-30 said:
Yup it shouldn’t look like that at all, should be more priory based bc it really makes many miserable. I am so horrified that I’ll wait for the RFE response for too long, while situation in my country isn’t the greatest. I need my husband so badly and you’re right a mental toll it’s gonna be there for life because the stress will leave it’s mark

I’ll try to post updates, for now my documents are stuck in PO Box since 28th it’s excruciating especially when each day matters, just gotta be strong now

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
