Hopefully your documents make it to USICS. let me know if you get any update.

Our attorney resent the copies and they’re still in delivery as of now, I hope they respond to it as soon as they receive it. It’s more been more than 8 months of waiting at the USCIS stage, our fist marriage anniversary is coming up soon and I truly hoped we were going to be together at this point but I can just pray. I’ll try to post an update here if I hear anything. I also get really frustrated seeing ppl get approved within 2-4 months it’s just not fair :(

I don't get why they cant quickly respond to RFE, since they have already been looking at case. this process certainly is a taking a mental toll and the horrible communication from USCIS isnt helping

I am so horrified that I’ll wait for the RFE response for too long, while situation in my country isn’t the greatest. I need my husband so badly and you’re right a mental toll it’s gonna be there for life because the stress will leave it’s mark
