Hi Josh, I noticed that your case left NVC the same day as mine. Have you been able to pay fees or make an appointment? I was able to set up account but i can't pay fees or set up appt because there aren't any available🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi, ours is still "in transit" so hopefully those things will be available once it is received at the consulate.

Hi Josh, our Visa appt was on 9/08 last Thurs. We still haven't received my fiance's Visa as of today. Just give you heads up! Tomorrow is Mexico's independence day so nothing will happen for sure until Monday.

Hi Josh, did you have to file a I-130 with the I-485?
Cookies&creamtoo on 2023-03-07 said:
Nope, that's for k3 visas etc.
blank avatar M+K on 2023-03-07 said:
Oh alright thanks! Any clue on how long aos is taking for k1s?
Cookies&creamtoo on 2023-03-07 said:
It seems very varied, some in a few months, some in a year or more.
blank avatar M+K on 2023-04-18 said:
Thank you for replying. Did you sign up for electronic notification for the I-485? If so, how long did it take for you to receive something?
Cookies&creamtoo on 2023-06-12 said:
We did, about 3 weeks
blank avatar M+K on 2023-06-19 said:
Congratulations on the approvals! Can you provide any information on how the interview process went? What was the RFE you received for?
Cookies&creamtoo on 2023-06-19 said:
Thanks! We received a RFE for vaccines, which we knew we would get, and shared marital life, both were easy to provide, and once sent it was approved within a week. No interview.
blank avatar M+K on 2023-06-19 said:
No way! That’s awesome!!!! We’re expecting to receive RFE for vaccines as well. Did you you have to do the whole medical exam over again or how did you complete that? Also, did you wait until you got the RFE to get the vaccines or did you already have them ready?
Cookies&creamtoo on 2023-06-19 said:
We luckily found a civil surgeon from the list here on visa journey that just certified vaccines, which we got mostly before the RFE knowing we would need them, but we just needed a couple.

That’s great! Could you point me to this list? I tried searching but it just sends me to the USCIS website.

I think there are a couple lists here, but this is where we found ours: https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/231026-civil-surgeons-who-dont-rip-you-off/page/15/

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
