Hello 👋……Have the embassy received your case yet ?

No. Haven’t received case number from NVC yet either. Probably won’t hear from NVC for another kn th or so and then maybe by then they will send to the embassy.

Okay. Hopefully by the end of this month you hear from the NVC. Our case moved pretty fast from NVC to the Accra consulate but it’s mentally draining afterwards. Still searching for an interview date and it’s 6months already

Hi. Any updates?

No updates. Sent an inquiry to NVC last week. I will update as soon as I hear anything.

Hi @MG2000 Have you heard from the embassy? Have they sent you the letter of instructions already?
blank avatar MG2000 on 2023-03-05 said:
I have not received a letter of instruction… but someone on Facebook had one, so I’m just using that. I hear the letter of instruction sometimes takes a long time. I’m not waiting around for anyone. I want to get our interview ASAP. I never got a letter or email from NVC about being in transit or ready at the embassy. I just requested NVC case number and then checked online for status.

@MG2000 let’s hope that works out. Because this is so frustrating. Can you please share info about what packet 3 entails . If possible kindly share a copy with me privately. Thank you !

I don’t know how to private message you…also, I don’t know what you mean by packet 3. But join this WhatsApp group. It’s specific to Ghana/US K-1 visa. You can probably get almost any answer to any question you have. https://chat.whatsapp.com/GfqA07sxy4LLoexYjalReH

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
