Hi i filled the k1 visa application back in 2/2019 my fiancé had his interview on12/01/2020 they asked his for his divorce extrai achieve we submitted all the require documents 9n 12/17/2020, our case has been in Ap since than, I called the Haitian ambassy almost every week the agent always tells me the same thing wait we get call you if anything else is needed, When I checked the update in cea web site on 12/2/2021 it shows application expired , I am freaking out , after seeing the update status I called the Haitian ambassy they told me the case is still in Ap process, I am been waiting for almost three years , and I don’t know if I should reapply for a k1 visa again or go the spousal route
