My fiancé says the interview went great! It was just a conversation with a “bank style” approach. It mimics you going into the bank to see a teller. Here are the questions they asked him…(not in exact order)
1.) Who petitioned for you?
2.) What do you like about her?
3.) What does she like to do for fun?
4.) What kind of movies/tv shows does she watch?
5.) How did you meet?
6.) What does she do for work?
7.) Have you been arrested before?
8.) Have you been married before?
9.) Have you ever been to the USA? |

Timeline Comments: 16Congratulations. Looks like we submitted ours the same day as you.
Thank you! @Abenajj congratulations to you as well! Hopefully this process goes by fast
💯 exactly. I'm hoping the same thing.
We are in the same cohort as you two. Looking forward to speedy results
Have you gotten to NVC yet?
@Abenajj not yet. Called USCIS and they said they just now sent my petition to NVC this May 3,2023
I'm like 2 weeks behind you
Uscis doesn't even have information on sending mine to nvc. I reached out last week. And they're telling me to wait 90 days before reaching out again. I'm so sad.
Oh no! I’m so sorry they are taking forever. Hopefully you hear something soon! I still have no case number. I inquired and NVC confirmed receipt on 30th May and told me that I should be receiving information from them soon.
Yesss so close. We are no looking for interview dates

Yay!!! Congratulations on your visa!!?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
