Hello everyone... can someone help me to know something about my case... Here is my timeline.. Married with US citizen in india in April 2016. My partner did filed petition in May 2016 and after all processes I had my interview in NVC in March 2017. In April 2017 I reached in us and got my 2yrs conditional GC. In March 2018 got separated and my partner filed divorce for me in June 2018 that was finalized in December 2018. Then my 2yr conditional Green Card was going to expire in April 2019. But before 2 months in February 2019 I filed my I 751 adjustment of status to get my 10years GC. In March 2019 I got letter from uscic to biometric (fingureprints) and after few days I got 18 months Extension letter. After 18 months my status remained same... then I apply for infopass(stamp on passport) December 2020 I got my infopass.officer stamp my passport for 6 months. I was expecting that I can get my Interview or GC in this duration. But nothing change in my status.. again in September 2021 i again request for infopass because my 6 months infopass was expired in July 2021.. so I visited my nearest uscis in October 2021.. they just stamp my passport for One more year... and said me to wait a notification from our side... USCIS just showing "case is ready to schedule an interview " since may 2019 to so far november 2021. Can anyone tell me whats going overthere... how long I need to wait more...I'm in Dallas fortworth Texas...
