    Adjusting from K1, I sent my i-485 along with I-864, I-765 and G-1145. It contained a money order at the front of the envelope for $1000 and a money order for $225, totaling $1225 for the I-485 and biometrics. USPS tracking says it arrived at the chicago lockbox. 3 weeks later I contacted USCIS live chat and they said they have no record of my case and to contact the lockbox. I contacted the lockbox and I have no response 2 weeks later. My money orders have also still not been cashed yet. Do I just accept defeat at this point and send the application again? I'm at a total loss over what I can do at this point

    I'm aware I'm not applying for a visa, I just said it by mistake. The USPS tracking said it arrived at the chicago po box that USCIS have on their website for I-485's.

    I sent my I-485 along with I-864 and I-765 on 21st September 2023. I still haven't received a receipt notice yet, digital or physical mail, and they haven't cashed the money order yet that was sent as payment for the visa. Is/has anybody else experienced a similar situation?

    The email response I got was on the same day I applied, but I sent the application at like, 5am on the monday. The response was just the automated email that looked like the screenshot attached, similar to the email received when you emailed to ask for an application form. It says in the email that once the application is submitted, you'll be emailed once the certificate is dispatched, although I've heard some people never get this email

    Yes it's the same, the AOS is the immigrant part of the k1 visa process so all of those requirements apply to me

    Does this still mean that you need to get the rest of the doses before AOS, or are they just trusting that you will actually complete all doses?

    I know that the London medical offers the Hepatitis B vaccine on the day, but do they give all doses of it on the day and then you're good?

    I received a response from NVCResearch today and they have received my petition. My NOA2 date is 10th March 2023 on the letter but the online case tracker says March 13th 2023

    I sent my 2nd enquiry on 8th May and they replied today with the same response yet again. I sent my I-797 to them as requested in my first enquiry. I sent them the I-797 notice on the 3rd of May and was told on the 4th May that they would contact USCIS to see where my case is, but I've had no response since then. Honestly feels like a sick joke that our cases are taking over 2 months to reach NVC when literally every timeline I saw previously only had about 4-6 weeks of waiting at most

    I haven't received anything yet from nvc and my noa2 date on the letter said 10th march so I'm assuming that's the correct date, despite it saying march 13th on the online tracker.

    This happened with my nao2 as well. Website said 13th march but letter said 10th march. I haven't heard anything yet, already sent an enquiry yesterday, no reply yet
