Clarifying that beneficiary is from Albania but lives in Italy so visa was processed in Italy*
RFE from NVC on July 14, 2022
Docs submitted: July 14 and 15
DQ: July 15, 2022!!!
My last submitted document was was 6:50pm EDT and they sent the DQ update to our CEAC account at 11:19pm EDT!!! I don't know how this happened but we feel so grateful and lucky!!
Original interview result is listed as Administrative Review as my husband was accepted but the consulate told him he was missing a document (we actually provided a paper copy but it wasn't allowed) that had a specific procedure on how to send it in.
Visa issued: October 19, 2022 |

Consulate Review: Naples, Italy Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa

Medical automatically scheduled for the morning before. Everything was straightforward and not too long of a wait as there was a separate line specifically for people going through the immigration process.
Consulate was also just as nice and efficient! |

Timeline Comments: None yet, be the first!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
