Hello. I was looking at your dates and I'm confused by them. You don't have any dates as to when you sent your DS-261, but it says the case was NVC complete in Dec 2022. It doesn't doesn't show dates for when you received the interview letter, or an interview date. Does that mean your case was rejected by the NVC and that is why it says complete? ... or are you still waiting for an interview?
Thanks!

Case is being sent from NVC to consulate in CDL. Still waiting for an interview. She's in Mexico I'm in the USA

Hi again. So is your above date of 2022-12-30 the date you sent it to the NVC, or the date you were Documentarily Qualified (DQ'ed) by them? Asking because after talking with several people on here, some have had 6 - 12 month delays after submitting to the NVC just to get DQ'ed - due to additional paperwork NVC requested of them. But once people do get DQ'ed, it seems that the general wait to get the interview letter is 11 - 13 months. Thanks!

We were DQd on 12-30-22. I had submitted the necessary paperwork about a month prior. No additional paperwork was needed. We're hoping to get an interview sometime in January 2024

Got it - thank you. Someone else responded to me today that is also DQ'ed Dec 2022, saying that they are on a Facebook group that suggests the speed of the interview letters are improving. They said that based on the latest approvals they see on Facebook, they are expecting the interview letter in October with a December interview date. I'm not on Facebook to know the group, but it definitely sounds close to your expectations. Good luck!

Good luck to you too!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
