Please God, let our application be approved soon! ðŸ™ðŸ¿

Dear Lord, remember us ðŸ™ðŸ¿

Today makes 11 months. We are so close. Staying very optimistic 😊 Our time is coming very soon and I'm so excited! I miss my papi so much and just want to be next to him. Soon and very soon â¤ï¸

You will soon get there i know it ! Prayers up ! I received mine NOA-2 after 12 months and 2 weeks

Aww thank you so much. I really appreciate your kind and encouraging response. So happy that you were finally approved.

So sad to see you haven't got approved yet. I never could've imagined it was going to take us this long. Let's hope we'll hear something soon. Good Luck.

Rossella, we never even imagined. A whole year has almost gone by not because our application is going through a process, but actually just sitting on a desk, waiting to be looked at. It's outrageous! But now since it has been over 350 days, we are so much closer to that approval.
Btw: USCIS has a goal by next year to complete I-129F Visas in 6 months. If that's the case, they would need to hurry up and push a bunch of applications through.
Stay strong, my friend.

Hi, thank you for your post on our page, we are following you guys and hope and pray yours will be adjusted any day here soon too. 1 year is a long tim to wait, but soon :)

Thanks and you're welcome. We've gotta encourage one another throughout this journey. Today marks 364 days for us and honestly I'm just praying that he will be here by Thanksgiving at the latest.

Hi, where is your application btw? Says it's both at Texas office and att the California one on your timeline info :) ours at California

It's at California Service Center. It's starts at Texas but then gets transfered to California.

Ok cool. Praying yours will be done soon!

Correction: My fiancé and I have been waiting 381 calender days since our I-129F application was received. That means that this month is our month to be approved. I'm convinced!
Cheers everybody 🥂

This unnecessary long process ‼ï¸ðŸ˜‘

Very long.... But worth the wait hopefully â˜ºï¸ praying for you guys ðŸ™

Hubba&Bubba you are so kind. Thank you very much for the positivity. It is definitely worth the wait. May God bless you and your person as well. By the grace of God, we should be able to celebrate Thanksgiving this year together with our special person ðŸ™ðŸ¿

Thank you â¤ï¸ yes that's what we're hoping for too, thanksgiving, imagine how thankful and wonderful this year's will be, since we hopefully will be together in person with your amazing spouses to be! I'm very exited! Our time is coming! Keep faith!
Blessings to y'all!

Just 3 weeks left of wait for you guys and 6 weeks for us. Praying to God for no more pushing of the timeframes by USCIS ðŸ™â¤ï¸ our time is coming! It has to 😊

403 DAYS TODAYâ€¼ï¸ We are so close. Could be anytime now. God please make a way out of no wayðŸ™ðŸ¿

Hoping for an approval soon for you guys! you're so close.

This month for sure!!! I'm literally praying for us all right now to speed up and no longer slow down.

YESSSSSSS! No more slow downs. I pray that things continue to go forward and even speed up. USCIS has a goal of processing K1 Visas in 6 months. In order to do that they would have to get ours out of the way.
Anyways, I'm so ready. I need my man with me â¤ï¸

This is our week according to the timeline ☺ï¸ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ƒ

When? 😢

Today, God has done it for us. Thank you Jesus ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ˜‡

Congratulations 🎉👠happy for you guys â¤ï¸

Congrats!!!!

Thank you, everyone. This is a long and painful process but worth it â¤ï¸ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ’ªðŸ¾

congratulations.. glad to see it

CONGRATZ YOU GUYS!! Really happy for you. You deserve it after so long

@Brii Oooh thanks so much. The longest wait is freaken over!!!! ðŸ‘🾠ðŸ‘🾠ðŸ‘🾠ðŸ‘🾠🎉🎉🎉🎉

27 days since NOA 2. From one wait to another 😅

Seen it taken like 1.5 months for some tog get The NVC case number.. kind of stressful to get all appointments scheduled within The 4 months its valid, when The NVC takes almost half of the Time... :( Praying for a fast case officer for everyone om here! :)

Damn tired of all this waiting 😥

Hey hey hey. Things are really happening, GUYS. I am over joyed 🤗😊ðŸ™ðŸ¿Today I received an email from NVC:
Dear Sir/Madam:
The National Visa Center (NVC) recently received your immigrant visa petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Your petition is now waiting for data entry into our systems.
Since your case is not in our systems yet, we cannot make updates.
As soon as your case is in our systems, we will send a Welcome Letter and instructions. Then, if you still need help updating your case, you can contact us by using one of the methods listed on https://nvc.state.gov/ask.

Oh Congrats!
Not very cool that they took 1.5months to receive the petition from the USCIS though.. I heard it takes the NVC up to a month to process the cases before they ship it to the embassy in your country too... That leaves very little time left on the petition to set up appointment for medical and find a time for booking interview.. i heard the embassies are backed logged too so not many time slots.
I'm very worried for our own case that it will expire before we get an appointment
Do you know anyting about if they can prolong how long your I129F is valid for?
Worst case scenario ia that we got all approved but then didn't have time enough to book interview before 129f expires... :(

Wow you are much too worried @Hubba&Bubba Of course they will extend the expiration beyond 4 months. I've done a lot of research here and found out that many cases have been approved between 3 & 4 months after NOA 2. Im not worried about other cases that have taken longer. All is very well and we are very happy NVC received our case in 40 days, that is good. Many others are still waiting for NVC to receive their case. There are a lot of June cases that still have not yet been approved by USCIS. But that is not our story so how can we be worried. We are confident that we will have our interview by November 2022.
Stay positive. It's all gonna be fine â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Thank you for the kind words â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â˜ºï¸

wow you received the email from NVC. we didn’t receive it. until this week when i had to email them and ask . and then they mentioned that they received our case. and that was all. i guess it’s not yet in the system cause no case number yet. but hopefully we get it as soon as possible. good luck

I did the same as you. I emailed them then they replied with the same message. Still waiting...

Today marks another special day. We received our case number in an email â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾ðŸ˜‡ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾

Congratulations 🎉 how is it going with getting times for medical and interview for you guys?
And what email did you guys email the NVC to get the case number? We have tried to email 2 times to the email on the approved petition letter, but it just get an auto-reply taking us to a link where you have to submit your question online instead. And then we never hear back. Is there any other email you guys are using? 🙠Thank you for any advice. And happy for you guys getting the letter today!!

Does the American consulate in Italy allow you to schedule the interview now? Congratulations!
Here for the embassy in Brazil we're only allowed to schedule when it's ready on ceac website

Same. I heard that only the Embassy in the Philippines allows people to schedule their own interviews. We must wait... I pray our interview will be next month ðŸ™ðŸ¿

Hubba&Bubba, we emailed Asknvc@state.gov. At the moment, we are still waiting for an Invoice ID and for our case to be sent to Naples Embassy. Once that happens, they will schedule our interview. We are approaching the finish line 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🙌ðŸ¾ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾ðŸ™ŒðŸ¾

Did you email Asknvc@state.gov directly, or through the inquiry form on the NVC website? How long did it take for them to respond?

I emailed them directly at that address. They responded in 10 days.

What an exhausting process! You start this journey and you don't even know when it'll actually end. The application already waits a whole damn year before being touched for processing then it gets sent off to the middle man (NVC) they hold on to it and then eventually assign it a case number. The Italian Embassy has no backlog... At most, it's taking 24 days for an interview...
Please hurry up!!!!!!!!!
💔😞😣😥😩

NVC has had our petition 42 days.... Unbelievable 😠Case number issued 16 days ago!
Painful waiting game 😑

***UPDATE***
November 8, 2022:
Email received from NVC that our petition is on its way to Naples Embassy 😊😊
November 10, 2022:
Consulate has received our Petition 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 It's go time, baby ☺ï¸

He will come in 2 week. Thank you. Finally our time has come 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yours is coming, just wait and see

Congratulations!! So happy for you two. We have been waiting 14 months now for the NOA2. I hope once we get it that things will then move quickly!

Same we waited 14 months for NOA2. Stay strong you got this!

Well today, November 29 was my fiancé's interview and he was approved. Sadly, the day ended with the death of my mother. I am so sad😔 I wanted her to meet my fiancé and I wanted her to see my children.
Goodbye Mom 💔

Oh my goodness I am so sorry 😞💔 so incredibly sorry. Praying for your family and glad you can be with your fiancé very soon

Congratulations on the approval! Sorry for the loss

Congratulations on the approval! Sorry for the loss though.

Thank you so much. Yeah life is full of the bitter and the sweet. I am so happy I get to be with my baby after all this time â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ðŸ¤—

So sorry for your loss! I'm glad soon you'll be with your loved one, take care.

Congrats on the approved interview 😀ðŸ‘

wow your process for after the marriage is moving very fast. are you using a lawyer?? we will be getting married soon and i would like to know the steps that follow if you don’t mind please. cause we don’t want to use a lawyer again. they barely do anything to help.

@IRP no lawyer, not at all. We are on our own. It's scary fast I know. But we are so happy. Okay I will send you a message. We have managed to do everything on our own with no issues.

Congratulations on a super fast process to get the approved on EAD ans the interview date for AOS!! That is incredible 😃🧡🧡

Yes, it's incredible. We are so happy and amazed at how fast things are going. Thanks be to God, always ðŸ™ðŸ¿ðŸ˜‡
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
