USCIS transferred our I-130 petition from the Texas Service Center to the Nebraska Service Center. We received no notification of this, however, and only became aware of the transfer when the approval letter listed the Nebraska Service Center. As such, we don't know when it was transferred, or how long it took to process once received at the second service center.
Received denial from NVC on June 30, 2022 after submitted the incorrect DS-260 form (the USCIS website was non-functional and the other form available online was very expired—something we only noticed after after the submission be rejected). Uploaded updated and correct forms the following day. |
