Good luck the interview.
Hello, I just wanted to ask u, after READ. are the embassy contact you by email or the adresse to get the package? and how long does take it after READY to get the email? thank you for helping and ur time as well!
Hannah Simms on 2021-08-04 said:
Thank you. The embassy sent me an email. My case did not say READY until they did so. My process was delayed for no apparent reason so u shouldn't compare it to my timeline. Mine took like two months to get the email. But it's usually not that long.

oh sorry to that. anyways i m glad everything is going well!

Hannah Simms on 2021-08-09 said:
Yes,yoh have to have a non-marital certificate and you have to have it stamped at vital events(wesagn kunet)......actually that is for both your birth certificate and your non-marital certificate.
Alex Molla on 2021-08-09 said:
Okey. Thank you so much for helping! I dodnt know that before NOn -marital cert, anywats we will do that soon.

Hello again, sorry bother. My fiance trying to get non certificate marriage and she is form amahra region and they told her, they do not have this kind of certificate. Then, she asked the Addis ababa woreda, they told her we you have to be AA residnec at least 6 months. We shocked abou it.
Therefore, I am just wondering where did you get it? and how look is like the certificate ( it just paper or certifcate like birth certifcate) we just confused. any idia would be help.
once again, I would truly thank you for you doing help us!
Hannah Simms on 2021-08-11 said:
I got mine from my woreda. You ask them for 'yalageba maregagecha' and I don't see why they would not have it. They should. It is a certificate with a photo that proves someone is not married.
Alex Molla on 2021-08-12 said:
umm thank you! that we thought it would be easy but they said we dont do this one.
I will do ask them again why we cant have it.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING US!!
Hannah Simms on 2021-08-12 said:
My pleasure. Every woreda regardless of region should give these important certificates.
Alex Molla on 2021-08-12 said:
I appreciate you! you right. its very important
Alex Molla on 2021-08-12 said:
They said. My fiance called them and went there and they told us, we do not do this and dont have this kind of certifcate but ye worda (kebele) can do that in stead of certificate (which they don't provide the certificate.)
Hannah Simms on 2021-08-12 said:
Maybe the word certificate is confusing them. Just ask for yalageba.
Alex Molla on 2021-08-12 said:
we did and explain to them.
Alex Molla on 2021-08-12 said:

hey, I can help it notice the long interval between consulate receive & your interview date. Is it always like this for the Ethiopia embassy. We are expecting our noa2 and very curious about what is next
Hannah Simms on 2021-08-26 said:
No, it's not always the case. The embassy sent me a letter on July 1st when it should have been sent on March 25th. Completely their fault. But in everybody else's case, the interval is not that long.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
