They are all over the place at USCIS. They do not work in order received at all. I'm June 18... But soon and very soon, I'm expecting great things. Congratulations 🎉

Congrats! Can I ask you ,did you send a expedite request ?

Yes I did and it was denied. Did you? No congrats yet for me :(

Hiyo, No expedite for us.

Great news for you guys then. Do you have any idea why they approved your case sooner than others filed before you? Congrats!

Raf and Gab... Thanks. No idea why we were lucky to get ours quicker than others.

Hey, congrats on getting the case number, 😊👍 did they say anything about extending the time your i-129F is valid for since they taken so long? It's only valid 4 months and you guys got the approved in June so yours is expiring soon. Did they say anything about if you still be able to make the interview and medical anyways? Or have to replay for the whole petition again?.( We have the same situation)

Hi. Thanks. And, while we have a case #, it is for the wrong Embassy. Ugh. Trying to get it changed before it is in transit, but I am not hopeful. No, I didn't ask anything about the valid date range. I am thinking that I have seen others mention that this will automatically be extended, due to the understood delays in the system currently.
Hubba&Bubba on 2022-11-23 said:
Hi guys congrats on the case being shipped 👏🎉 btw did you she to email to find out that the NVC had shipped it ti the embassy or they email the petitioner by themselves? We have not heard anything yet
BryanN on 2022-11-23 said:
Thanks. We checked online (thru Ceac), as we had previously obtained our case number, via help through our local senator's office. Same day we checked, petitioner had received an email from NVC. Beneficiary did not receive anything.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
