Comments : Lawyer messed us up big time.
1. There was a huge delay between the lawyer getting the I-864 and IV bill and him telling us it needs to be paid and sent back. The letter for the bills from the NVC were dated April 16th.

2.
I-864 and DS-3032 package was sent to NVC with incorrect info, they had to be redone.

3.
NVC completed our case on August 9th. The NVC sent them a letter saying something needed to be updated on the forms, but not to bother because they (NVC) had already fixed it. Our lawyers resent I864 for the 3rd time, NVC had to reopen our case. New case completed: Sep 5th

4.
We cannot have the interview in Montreal Canada. We had to get it moved to Dublin. Dublin process their own documents and don't use the NVC. Had the lawyer told us a long time ago that Montreal cannot process us, we would have had an interview in April.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
