Hi. Have you filed a k3 visa?
Niblet & J on 2021-09-28 said:
Yes I have but only cause our lawyer insisted. A lot of people on VJ say it's obsolete and I suspect it is true. If you look at the stats only about 6 K3s were approved last year. However, someone from India had their I130 approved in 3 months and they commented that they think it was because of K3. I guess we can never know what actually helps.

Hi congratulations! Did you guys get your interview scheduled yet? Any idea how long it could take in Bangladesh?

Hi Adiba Our files are still being reviewed by NVC so stil a long way to go. On the fb group I have seen people who were DQ on Feb/Mar/Apr 2021 got regular interviews in March. There was even someone who was DQed Feb 2022 and got a regular interview so I dont really know what to think. I hope you're in a better position than us

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
