Hello, what were you missing since you received RFE ?
blank avatar Little_Coyote on 2022-07-19 said:
Hi Victoria, Our RFE was for insufficient evidence supporting the two year meeting requirement. Our submitted evidence was not clear enough to the reviewing offer that we had met this requirement.

Ok thank you. But seeing my fiancé once is ok within the past 2 years ?
blank avatar Little_Coyote on 2022-07-22 said:
That should be fine. Our RFE mentioned that we just needed to provide sufficient evidence that we met *at some time* during the two years before our file date. In our case, we didn’t prove that we had been in the same place, at the same time. We had submitted photos of us, but could not prove the date, for instance. Or, we submitted transaction records showing that one person made bookings in some city, but couldn’t prove that the other person was also there at the same time.

Ok thank you sooo much

So what did you provide them the second time? I just printed photos from my phone which has no date and time. Only our receipts shows dates and times. I think each USCIS officer makes his/her own discretion based on the sum of all evidence provided. I pray that our application will go into the hands of someone gracious and wise.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
