Hey Franna! Have you been notified of an interview date yet?
blank avatar Franna on 2021-08-05 said:
Hi…No I haven’t. And I’m getting frustrated about it. How about you?
blank avatar KEDAJTA on 2021-08-05 said:
Not at all. I just filed a lawsuit against the embassy and NVC last month. They have 60 days to respond which is up in September. I’ll see what happens then.
blank avatar Franna on 2021-08-05 said:
Oh wow. I heard they will start requesting cases from nvc after September. You must have paid a lot for the lawsuit then
blank avatar KEDAJTA on 2021-08-05 said:
Actually it’s not too expensive and it’s something a person can file themselves without a lawyer. My lawyer had an affordable monthly payment plan too. I was looking at the immigrant visa statistics and saw that the focus was on B1/B2 visas. The Ghana embassy issued 500+ in each of the last two months and this infuriated me. The visas from our category were like 30-50. I didn’t get any information about them starting again in September but l’ll keep my eyes opened.

Congratulations, please did you have to update your I—864 form on ceac or you took everything including the recent tax W2 forms to the interview. Please respond thank you and congratulations 🍾🎉🎊🎈
blank avatar Franna on 2021-10-07 said:
No I didn’t edit i864 form. He took my 2020 w2. My tax transcripts for 3years 2018-20
blank avatar KEDAJTA on 2021-10-07 said:
Were they the original tax transcripts?? I just requested that my 2020 transcript be mailed to me because it’s printed with a small Q-code in the corner. However, there’s an option to download them from the IRS website — that would be so much easier if accepted.
blank avatar Franna on 2021-10-07 said:

Omarion Solomon on 2021-10-14 said:

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
