Any update on your process?

Nothing yet on NVC Ashish

When did you submit the documents to NVC?
blank avatar Kelly & John on 2021-09-30 said:
July 2nd. But because of the silly pcc certificate, they wanted me to replace it. So now the resubmission for that one and only document resets the clock. So annoying. Resubmission - Sep 9th

Just curious, why they wanted to replace PCC certificate? Did you not scan it correctly?

Yea so annoying, I put in the receipt of pcc. Not the certificate .. just for that one file it resets. What about you? Are you DQ?
blank avatar Ashish Tailor on 2021-10-13 said:
No, i think they are reviewing July end. I think mine will take another month or so..... Yes, it is very annoying that resubmission put you back in a queue.

Hi Kelly...I noticed that you mentioned your I130 was approved/expediated at the Potomac Service Center. Any suggestions for me? My case was transferred on April 28th, 2022 for my request for medical emergency expediate and I have had to call twice since no one there has provided any status update on my case. It looks like to took 113 days for approval of I130 from your NOA1 date. How about your NVC...5 months for approval? Any advice for me? Thank you kindly for your advise/suggestions! Lisa

Hi LM & J - I also filed for k3 visa by paper. Which got denied eventually in 2-3 months.. and I-130 got approved :). Try that way buddy

Hi Kelly&John, congratulations on your approvals! My wife’s CR1 case was DQ in Feb 2021, priority date March 2021. Any idea when we can expect the interview? I reached out to local congressman/governor but they couldn’t expedite the case. What did you do differently? Btw in your case is the petitioner white American curious?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
