Consulate Review: Islamabad, Pakistan Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Event Description Review Date : April 12, 2023 Embassy Review : The interview was scheduled for 730am. I arrive around 650am directly to the Embassy and was asked by the guard to wait until 705am. After that I went inside where they took my passport, 2 passport photos and wedding certificate and asked if I would interview in English or Urdu. I was then called to a different counter where they took my fingerprints. After a short wait I was called to another counter where they did my interview. They asked for pictures and asked me to identify different people in the wedding party. I was asked questions about my husband's employment, place of birth and citizenship status, living arrangements, how we met, dates of our engagement and wedding. The interview took about 10-15 minutes and the entire process took right about 1 hour. Everyone inside was very polite. Rating : Very Good
