Can I ask how you got through the process so quickly?

It certainly hasn't felt quick! We don't have the visa yet, and it's been a year and a half.
We were RFE'ed twice at the visa center, which caused an additional 6 months of waiting. We otherwise didn't do anything to slow down or speed up the process.

Yes I do see you are stuck at Nvc I'm sorry

We actually got DQed last month, now just waiting for an interview in Ankara. :)

Congratulations

Congratulations:) Your consulate review was very helpful. Did the officer also ask to see the family book?
I ask because I have the family book with me in the US and he has the original Formula B (extract of marriage certificate) with him in Turkey. I would have to get the book to him if they are required to present it at the interview.
Thank you and congratulations again, we are so happy for you!

My husband says they asked to see the aile cüzdanı (family book), though they did not ask for the translation. I am not sure if the Formula B would work or not, but, as the list specifically says the aile cüzdanı is needed, I would play it safe and do my best to get it to him, if possible.
Thanks! We're excited. It only took 2 days for the passport to arrive at the post office with the visa. Good luck to you!

Congratulations did your husband have to show kimlich or Turkish residency

Thanks! They wanted to see his passport as his ID and didn't ask for his Turkish kimlik.

Were you an expedited case? Your NOA2 was approved in 2 months which is so hopeful.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
