Short answer: Yes. Long answer: At first, no. My job had changed since we submitted the I-134, Affidavit of Support and previous year's W-2s, so my husband was provided a rejection letter, which asked him to provide proof of my (the petitioner's) current income. I immediately uploaded a signed offer letter and recent paystubs to the NVC CEAC website and emailed them to the consulate as well. Shortly after that, we both received an email stating the approval.
