Comments : Because I live in Florida, I had to I send 129-F app. to Texas. Texas rec'd app on 7/25/07, almost 3 weeks passed as the app. got forwarded to Vermont where eventual processing takes place. my chk was cashed on 8/16/07 (did not rec chk back or notice until 8/23/07. So it took 5 months and 6 days (156 days)since july 25th/07 (when app was rec'd until dec/31/07 until i rec'd an email and updated status saying i was approved. If you go by the notice 1 date of 8/16/07 until dec/31/07 then from 1st to 2nd notice took 4 months and 15 days (135 days). hopyfully things will move faster now. I sincerely wish all Visa Journey and others the swiftest processing.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
