if not-How did you proceed for the MEDICAL and Interview Schedule date ?
Did you have any issues with the US EMBASSY if you schedule your interview without it ?

I just wanted to make sure that it will not be an issue with people of the US EMBASSY for the INTERVIEW....Looking at your TIMELINE-It seems like you already done with the WHOLE PROCESS.
I already emailed them a couple of times and also called--they told me to wait....Mine recently {READY] on the CEAC tracking MARCH 10,2023.

I already completed all the steps without package 3. my fiancé is with me now I am still not receiving it, each time you call them they will repeat same thing and never send it to you. There is an approve medical center the embassy the name is petit freres et soeurs, get the interview appointment at first and then send your fiancé to that place with the approval letter, they will do it for you.

It has been 3 days [MARCH 22,2023] since We paid the $265 to SogEXPRESS....We already completed our DS-160 on [MARCH 15, 2023] ...Already Printed 2 of the CONFIRMATION PAGE....The Only thing I was expecting to come by [e-mail-mail] is that INSTRUCTION LETTER [Packet 3] ...NOTHING YET.....
