Christina David on 2021-02-03 said:Pay the fees ($445 total), and wait for NVC to process it (usually 3-4 days), and then fill out the DS260 form, with all the necessary documents and submit. They will review the application and if everything is good, they are gonna process it as "documentarily qualified" and put you in line for the interview. This could take a while cause the Mumbai embassy is interviewing people from May 2020 right now.
